Bed Bug Egg Picture

Bed bug eggs are white and about 1/3-inch long. Under favorable conditions the female bed bug lays about 200 eggs at the rate of 3 or 4 per day. The eggs are coated with a sticky substance that dries once the egg is deposited, causing the eggs to adhere to the object on which they were deposited. Bed bug usually takes 6 to 17 days to hatch at temperatures above 21°C. At lower temperatures, Bed bug eggs hatching may take as long as 28 days.
